Actor Kwadwo Nkansah, also referred to as Lilwin, is unaffected by fellow actress Martha Ankomah's defamation case.
Martha Ankomah claims in the lawsuit that Lil Win openly accused her of showing disdain for Kumawood actors and gave the excuse that they lacked compelling narratives for her to refuse to collaborate with them.
Furthermore, Lil Win chastised Martha for her position as a GTP Ambassador, alleging that despite being associated with the company, she spoke in an offensive manner.
Lil Win responded to the lawsuit by posting an old clip of National Democratic Congress (NDC) Chairman Asiedu Nketia explaining his now-famous 2012 "every idiot can go to court" remarks. Asiedu Nketia stressed in the film that being sued does not mean that you are guilty of the claimed act.
"As the last arbiter of the law, the Court is charged with guaranteeing the Ghanaian people the promise of equal justice under the law and, consequently, also functions as guardian and interpreter of the Constitution," Lil Win wrote as the description for the post. My life is a movie. Ghana Movie, long live. So, #Lilwin #wezzyempire, me.
Lil Win is ordered by the issued writ to appear in court within eight days to address the accusations.
