He thinks that if Kuami Eugene had been irresponsible and had been speeding, the collision would have been deadly.
Mr. Abugri told Myjoyonline.com that it wasn't until he moved closer to offer assistance that he realised it was the musician in the vehicle with one male passenger.
According to Mr. Abugri, when other drivers pulled over, some offered to bring Kuami Eugene and his passenger to the hospital, while he waited for the police to show along, provided them with his account, and gave them the tripper truck driver.
Prof. Dr. Ernest Yorke, Vice President of the Ghana Medical Association (GMA), has confirmed that Kuami Eugene's health status on social media following his accident was reported by a phoney doctor.
Fans became alarmed after Amina Haarun stated on social media that the singer's health was not looking good and urged people to pray for the performer.
